What Causes Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge After An Abortion?

A friend had abortion 3 weeks ago, bled for almost 12 days and became clear for like 5 days. Now she is complaining that there is a dark brown discharge from d vaginal and it is very wet, her face is filled with pimples. What do you think it the problem?

i appreciate your concern
Looking at history this could be a incomplete or septic abortion and an ectopic pregnancy

Please ask her to visit a gynaecologist for an ultrasound and blood and urine investigations

please advise her to have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
