What Causes Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge?

Since I was a child, I had an un-diagnosed sickness. No doctor can properly diagnose me. I have brown vaginal discharge, it s dark, it stains underwear, it smells, it looks like blood but I don t think it s blood. I had it since I was 4 months old. I have had it since than and have had no luck with finding a solution. My ovaries, bladder and uterus is fine. I have never been sexually active (though I ve masturbated) nor have I ever had a menstral cycle. I am now 20 years old and I m searching for answers. Help?

I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I would like to know if you were investigated for anatomical deformations, genetic defects, hormone abnormalities, other associated anomalies etc. I would also like to know if you have any family history of similar happening or if you are a product of a consanguineous marriage. The fact that you never menstruated until this age is suggestive of hormonal and/or structural imbalance. The source of the discharge should be identified. You need to see a specialist right away and get properly evaluated. Hope this helps.
