What Causes Dark Brownish Spots On Antecubital Space?
Hey doctor i want your help . I am 17 years old and i am having dark antecubital space for many years. It look like that the dirt has been stick to it. It does nt hurt or rash but it makes me feel embarrased when i wear short sleeves clothes. Please help me doctor

Darkening of the antecubital space could be due to disease called acanthosis nigricans. It has many causes, most common being obesity. Other causes are insulin resistance, hypothroidism, drugs, genetic and rarely malignancy. You first need to find the the cause and treatment will be accordingly.
