What Causes Dark Bruise Growing Larger On Calf Muscle?

hello,, ive never done this before online,, i have a large palm sized dark bruise on my left calf muscle,,i do have vericose veins on that leg. i am in a very remote spot right now.. i did not hit the spot, it started with small bruising and got bigger,, do i need to do anything about it?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having purpuric rash on lower limb, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid standing for long periods of time.
2. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
