What Causes Dark Color In Buttocks?

I m 42 yrs old, fair, never had pimple problems on my face........since working on net has become my main line of work for the past year and half..........I have noticed that my butt has become very very dark and ugly.........can you suggest something for the same

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Discoloration of the buttock region can be due to some skin disease or some systemic disease.
Pigmented lesions are a group of skin diseases caused by abnormality of melanophages of pigment containing cells in the skin.
Besides skin related disorder, certain systemic diseases like adrenal diseases can cause hyper-pigmentation.

I suggest you to consult a skin specialist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and management.
