What Causes Dark Colored Urine, Spotting And Cramps During Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 34 weeks pregnant and noticed that my urine has been darker than normal for the last couple of days. Most recently when I went to the restroom I noticed a pinkish color to the urine and when cleaning myself. I have very light cramps, is this something to worry about??

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
High coloured urine can be because of dehydration or due to urinary tract infection.
Cramps and pinkish vaginal discharge can be due to the starting of preterm labor.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
