What Causes Dark Colored Urine With Acidic Smell?

My urine is acidic in smell and at some times darker in Color. I also have pain under my right ribs. This is now constant and can be quite painful. Pain originating from this source has radiated across my body in line with my diaphragm, this lasted just seconds but hurt bad enough I had could not breath. Ideas? This pain started when I was taking hcg drops for weight loss.

get nyour urine tested re and microscopictest. you may have calculi in bladder uretor or kidney. ultrasound kub is requered. second thing isgall bladder stone. this is also tobe excluded after taking ultrasound. once the diagnosis is confirm then treatment can be arranged accordingly.
