What Causes Dark Discoloration On The Hands?
I am concerned about my hands, i am a black women, 66 yrs old and my hands have blacken approx since 2005 they have gotten a little lighter over the years but they are still dark discolorated. I put glycerin, zinc iodize, and many other lotions on it such as coco butter or vit E or retinol. I am frustrated, what can I do.
