What Causes Dark Floaters And Flashing Streak In Eye And Headache?

I had dark floaters in my right eye suddenly today and now I am seeing flashing streaks of light in the same eye. I also got a headache. Should I go to urgent care tonight? Amazingly I happen to have an appointment tomorrow after to see my eye doctor, for a regular prescription checkup.

floaters are degenerative body in vitreous. flashes are also due to involvement of retina. clarify are you myopic. so you go asper your appointment and give the history. indirect ophthalmoscopy should be done to cover a wide area of retina.look for retinal tear hole or detachment if every thing is negative then need not worry. but repeat fundus examination every 6months.
