What Causes Dark Painful Mole On Upper Thigh?
I have a dark painful mole on the inside of my upper thigh and it is very sensitive. What s the daftest way to get it removed because sometimes it prevents me from walking about? Also I had one removed from my lower back a couple months ago via a freezin process which took 4 appointments yet another one gree suddenly near it about a month later? Yet the one on my thigh I m not comfortable with it getting frozen as I need to go to work. What do I do

Painful mole on the upper thigh may be due to any of the following:
1) Pimple under the mole
2) Ingrown hair
3) Furuncle or boil under the mole
4) Frictional rub
6)small injury over the mole
7) Scratching of the mole
8) Rarely cancer
You need to be seen by a plastic surgeon. He will remove the mole very neatly without any scar behind. Also surgical removal prevents the recurrence of mole. Frozen therapy can be done but more chances of recurrence. Lazer therapy can also be discussed with a dermatologist.
