What Causes Dark Pigmentation On Cheeks And Forehead?

im Sylvia 37 years old,my height is 56i have been taking cipla acting for the past few months in order to gain weight but the thing is now im becoming dark on my cheeks,forehead i don t know if its this pills or what..i made an appointment to see Dermatology buy my appointment is on January. please help

Hi.
As per your case-history my treatment advice is-
1. Certain medicines are photosensitive and may cause facial hyperpigmentation. So it is better to stop the medicines you are taking.
2. Avoid Sun-exposure. Use a good sunscreen with spf more than 30.
3. Take vitamin b12 supplement once daily.
4. Avoid using other cosmetics and home remedies.
5. Use kojic acid cream once at night

Skin will be back to normal in 12-14 weeks.
