What Causes Dark Purple Blotch On Penis Foreskin?

Hello, I woke up this morning to notice somthing on my penis that defitly occourd over night, I found dark purpleish blotchy looking lines on the outer forskin area of the under side of my penis, no pain , itching or discomfort, just worry , any idea what it could be ?
