What Causes Dark Purple Patch Inspite Of Having Regular Masturbation?

I have a dark purple/red patch about the size of a little smaller than a dime, I have not had any sexual contact in over a year but I do masturbate frequently. I do remember masturbation pretty rough yesterday. I am just wondering what it is and what I can do to help it heal and go away

Hi,

It could be due to friction related to masturbation. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like Cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for few days.
