What Causes Dark Purplish Spot On Breast?

My nipple on my right breast underneath has a dark purplish area (spot) on it. I m olive complexion, 60 years old. My doctor noticed it and said to have it checked out. I m scared now because I was also told that I have a lipoma in my armpit, right arm for a while now. I do have freckles and some discoloration spots on my body.

do not worry that spot might be due to injury or some other inflammation , and lipoma wont cause any problem but need to be checked
