What Causes Dark Red Color Urination?

about 5 days ago(evening) I noticed my pee was a dark red colour...through the night it seemed to almost clear and the next day it was just pale pink. This reoccurred the following evening and following day but as the evening came on the third day a thin dark red worm like thing appeared on the toilet bowl as I was peeing, it came from my penis. The next day my pee seemed clear but today thing have taken a new turn and when I have to pee which is every 10mins or so I find it very difficult to pee and there is a great pain at the tip of the penis travelling half way up it and hardly any pee comes out...again one time this evening when I had peed I wiped the end and found like a lump of slimey blood on the tissue.

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
This is in most cases sign of urinary infection or kidney stones so you should do basic urine analysis and kidneys ultrasound to rule these out. Also you should drink plenty of fluids and raspberry tea to promote urination.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
