What Causes Dark Skin And Hot Flashes After Taking Bath?
After a shower my forearms are hot like when you have a sun burn. The skin is darkening like when you are in the sun too much or have a pregnancy mask. I have not been outside all day nor been in any light coming shining inside. What is this? I take alot of meds, could this be doing this? Do I need to be more cautious outside with sunblock?

Hi.
As per your case history of hot and dark skin, my treatment advice is -
1. It may be a sign of vitamin b12 deficiency.
2. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Apply a mild topical steroid lotion like beclomethasone lotion twice daily on dark skin for faster results.
