What Causes Dark Spot On Ear?
Hi. I am a late 40's male who has a dark spot on the top section of my ear. It has been there for years and has not grown, but is noticeable. It's about the size of a pencil eraser and does not hurt. You can feel it when you run your finger over it as it protrudes slightly. Cancer or age spot??

If the spot is not increasing in size and there is no pain or itching, then it is not likely to be a cancer ando you have nothing to worry.
