What Causes Dark Spots In Central Face And Nose?

Dear doctor, I am getting dark spots in central face and nose. I am getting skin treatment for melisma ,during the treatment dark spots will be redcued , if I stop one week also I am getting again,any natural ways to fix the root cause of this issue.I am not going anywhere in the sun light. Melasma is a recurring problem.

You should continue sunscreens regularly. Also use a lightening cream containing 2% kojic acid as maintenance for 6 months.

Do not use steroid containing creams.
