What Causes Dark Spots In The Lower Pelvic Area?
I am a 79yo female. I have multiple myeloma and am on Revlimid. I just discovered small dark spots sort of random on my lower pelvis area. They are not painful or itchy. I also discovered small pearl like lumps on the lip area of my vagina. I don t know how long they have been there as I really don t examine myself...just clean the area. YYYY@YYYY
