What Causes Dark Spots On My Penis?
Had sex she was going very deep with her mouth and alsoi was going very deep in her about 8 in or so we fucked for like 1:30 and it was like 6 in the moring woke up at 4 and look down ther around 7 pm and I see dark spots it dose. Not give any pain or irtation help

It may be balanitis , which may have been cause due to trauma and lack of lubrication , avoid sexual contact or masturbation for a week it should resolve and use lubrication to prevent further reoccurance
