Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi my twin brother had a test on his heart done and was told he had 2 black spots. He has to have another cath done and the cardiologist seem to be really concerned about the spots. What might they be or how can I look up info on this? Also with us being twins should I be checked? I have MVP with regurgitation and an enlarged left ventricle.
Regarding your concern, I would like to directly review his cardiac ultrasound and other test reports, if you can upload them, in order to be able to give a more professional opinion on your brother's clinical situation. I remain at your disposal whenever you need.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
Cardiologist
