What Causes Dark Underarms And Inner Thighs?

In between breast if very dark , wrinkly just very gross. Also dark under arms, inner thighs, and as well as behind neck. I have SCRUBBED VERY VERY DARK, but kojic acid, but absolutely nothing will not rid me of it. I am 190-200 pounds so pretty obese. PLLEASE help me

its happen if there I'd abdunt fats in Yr body..exercise is must..if fat burns Yr problem automatically solve
