What Causes Dark Urination While Treating Gallstones?

I was diagnosed with gall stones after a cat scan monday night at the ER. I was also prescribed pain meds that I have not taken yet. My issue is that I have very dark urine and the last knuckles of all of my fingers are bruising without any trauma to them. Could this be caused by the dye that was injected into my system for the Cat Scan?

Hello,

It can be due to used dye as well. If your dark coloured urine problem persists then I suggest you investigate with urine routine microscopic examination report and USG pelvis scan for primary work up.
