What Causes Dark Urine For My 24-year-old Son?

my sons spleen is in flamed and kidneys numbers are elevated and his urine is black like motor oil. They ran all kinds of scans and test and can t figure it out. They have not ran a brain scan. My son is 24 years old. has it been sick since he was little. Help!!!

I can understand your concern .In such situation probably a kidney biopsy is needed to find the exact cause if still not known.Please discuss with his doctor for this
