What Causes Dark Vaginal Bleeding Before And After Menstruation?

I have had dark brown/black blood coming from me for about 2 month and it wont stop i had my normal period for about 7 days then brown/black stuff stared coming from me and it hasent stoped since and thats been about 2 month now am realy scared as this has never happend before and i'm only 18.
