What Causes Dark Vaginal Bleeding With Clots After Having Intercourse?

My boyfriend and I have been actively having intercourse. Sometimes protected, a few times unprotected. I noticed small bouts of nausea and breast tenderness. We continued to have intercourse despite having symptoms and everytime I have spotted pink/brown or bled after intercourse. We had intercourse today and there was bright blood mixed in with our juices and the blood had some small clots as well. As of right now the bleeding has stopped a little, occasionally pink while having breast tenderness. My menstrual is supposed to start next week. If I am pregnant could this be a miscarriage, or just my menstrual starting early? Have been feeling weak and fatigue today after bleeding and intercourse. Is this a cause for concern?

I have read the description and understand your concern.
Vaginal bleeding with clots after intercourse would possibly suggest that you could be having cervical infection called 'cervicitis' or due to the presence of uterine polyp.
You need to consult Gynecologist and get examined by per speculum and clinically, to know what could be the cause, so that it can be appropriately treated. Until then, it would be better you need to avoid any form of sexual activities.
