What Causes Dark Vaginal Discharge During Menstruation?

I am having dark vaginal discharge in place of my period after stopping oral contraceptive, I also noticed brown discharge after period and then I fart a lot. There have also been two episodes I noticed a sticky substance like the skin of meat come out of my vagina thank you.
