What Causes Darkening Of Skin Tone?

Hello Doctor, I am 30 years old guy. I hva e a problem that before my face colour was very brighter but now its getting darker. Sometimes its dark sometimes its better. I have been to doctor and he took some blood tests and they were fine. I dont have morning wood and feeling not well for the sex. And now my face colour getting darker. What could it be? please help me out, doctor. :( Remindar

Hello,

To get a better picture of your situation.
1) Do you live in a hot humid area
2) Do you regularly use sunblock spf 50 for face
3) Are you stressed out about studies, job or any family problem
4) Is your diet and hydration status good. How many liters of water to you drink.

For your complexion i would recommend the following things:
1. Wear sunblock daily and re apply it after every 4 hours.
2. Get a good face cleanser and was your face with a face wash twice day.
3. You can use vitamin C serum on your face before going to bed, get from any brand you can afford. It is good for glow.
4. Stay well hydrated, drink at least 12 glasses of water a day.
5. Increase your fruits and vegetables intake.
6. Stay positive and try yoga or exercising as low mood can effect sexual appetite.
