General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the differences in the skin tone of the infant involving hands and legs are part of normal physiology rather than pathology. Pathophysiology behind the same can be related to hyperemia from repeated clenching, tapping feet or else. There are no particular agents needed to change the same as it is going to be alright within fraction of months without any intervention.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
