What Causes Darkness,itching And Bleeding In Labia Minora?

My labia minora has been itching for about a week. Today I noticed it was a darker color (almost brownish). It itched it and it began to bleed a very little bit. I can't see a gyno until tomorrow, do you have any suggestions or could you help me to understand what could possibly cause this?
