What Causes Decrease In Penis Size?

I have noticed that my penis is much smaller than it used to be, I am taking Trazadone nightly, Lorazapam on occasion, and Tyroid meds, I also fractured it about 3-4 yrs ago. I am now divorced after 39 yrs, and am uncomfortable with my body, which prevents me from moving on. any suggestions? Not interested infilling your pockets, I ll live with my problem Thanks for nothing
