What Causes Decrease In Sex Drive And Erectile Dysfunction?

I m 42, in good shape, muscular, and take low dose testosterone. in the last 6 months, I ve noticed a decrease in sex drive, some ED which has resulted in me taking viagra, and a very noticeable decrease in my ejaculate. I haven t changed anything when it comes to the number of times I ejaculate a week, and am concerned. I don t have any other symptoms....Should I see a urologist? I eat pretty healthy and consume veggies, zinc, and plenty of nuts and vitamins.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You decrease in sex drive is most likely due to intake of testosterone.Testosterone intake can result in atrophy of testicles and loss of libido.Oligospermia and decrease ejaculatory volume are also side effects of it.A physical examination by an urologist is well appreciated. After that you can wean off the testosterone by your doctors advise.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
