What Causes Decrease In The Haemoglobin Of A Baby?

my child is 3 months old, his blood is drying,earlier it was 4 point hemoglobin we have refill blood it become 12 point hemoglobin.now it become 7 point after 1 month.we could no about the reason for the shortage of blood.here doctor have done various test but they could not find the reason for the shortage

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. At 3 months, hereditary hemolytic anemia will start presenting.
2. Get a hemoglobin electrophoresis done to identify the type of anemia.
3. Try to give group specific, single donor packed red cells till a diagnosis is made. More investigations, reports and clinical details along with family history are necessary for further opinion.
