What Causes Decreased Appetite, Abdominal Pain And Weight Loss?

I have a sore belly, strained stomach muscles as well. My appetite is not good. I have no desire to eat I have lost weight just lately. . I am taking 100 mg Zoloft to try to alleviate anxiety ( last 5 weeks) . Been taking 10mg of rabeprazole for stomach.

It could be a hormonal dysfunction especially thyroid and you need to be tested for the same.
