What Causes Decreased Blood Sugar Levels After Taking Insulin?

I am an insulin dependent diabetic. Lately my sugar has been dropping. I was told that my pancreas did not work at all but as an instance when I take my reading in the morning, I am getting a low reading od 132 versus 196 to 285 and by lunch it is around 67. what is causing this?

it could happen if your dose hasy been altered lately. adjust your dose to avoid getting hypoglycemic, rest should be fine.. nothing to worry about
