What Causes Decreased Rate Of Fractures Having Brittle Bones In Legs?

I am 27 year old and i have brittle bones in my right leg only .I had 14 fracture ,most of it was in the age between 1 to 16.It has been nearly 13 year since the last fracture and i don't have any other problem apart from this disease. i want to know is their any particular reason for this decrease in the rate of fractures
