General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The possible issue with his bladder or pelvic bones must be ruled out as he is not urinating after drinking a lot of liquids.

* He must be evaluated for clinical examination by his primary care attendant for further guidelines without any delay (as fever is not going to be present in this case ).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
