What Causes Deep Pain In Lower Right Pubic Area And Shoulder Tightness And Tingling?
i have unprotective sex when i traveled to SouthEast Asia. now is my 3rd month after I came back to US. I have deep pain in the lower right pubic area. I have muscles twitching and feeling of bud crawling on my hairs, face and neck. Shoulder tightness and tingling. what type of std is it?

In my opinion it is due to ectopic pregnancy(pregnancy in right tube)if I am right
- it is an emergency,you have to rush to hospital
If this type of patient comes to me,I would ask
-what was the last date of periods
-Have you missed the period,
- would go for urine exam. to rule out pregnancy
-ultrasound to confirm
-urine and blood test for STD(it is not a emergency)
-In std there is swelling(enlarged lymph nodes)
