What Causes Deep Pain In Right Thigh Within Quadricep Muscles?
I have pain deep in my right thigh within or below the quadricep muscle. For comfort, I can only Lay on my left side or sit. The muscle will occasionally quiver. Nothing I have done seems tohelp and I can t walk wiyhout pain. This followed a period of extreme activity and minor low back discomfort on my right side. There is no pain below the knee.

You need to be examined clinically in order to draw any conclusion. Based upon the description provided it appear to be muscular pain. All you heed is rest along with painkillers and muscle relaxants.
If it persists then meet orthopedic surgeon. You may need to get the xray of leg along with the MRI scan .
