What Causes Deep Shooting Pain In Tragus?

I have been having deep shooting pains as well as when pushing on my tragus it is very painful and aches during the day and while sleeping. It has been going on for a couple of months. Did initially had an middle ear infection and was treated with antibiotics which cleared the infection but still suffering with ear pain.

the pain is probably due to still persisting ear infection mostly external otitis ( infection in the ear canal) as you have pain while pressing tragus. so kindly consult an ENT specialist for examination of you ear and treatment.
mean while analgesic like tablet diclofenact 50 mg SOS can help reduce the pain.
