Hello,

You may actually be dehydrated which can easily cause a headache and dry mouth. Swollen hands and feet may be due to kidney or even cardiac problems.

Having a lot of thirst at night if not due to dehydration could be indicative of a hyperglycemic state. Have you been checked for diabetes and related metabolic problems?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dariush Saghafi, Neurologist
