What Causes Dehydration And Headache After Being Treated For Flu?

Hi, had the flu for a while. Getting better but still have sinus headache that s been consistent since Friday. My body still aches when I move and I feel incredibly dehydrated though I ve been drinking water and Gatorade non stop, with no vomiting or diarrhea. Any suggestions?

you are doing the right thing by keeping yourself hydrated. Take a paracetamol in case you have fever.
