What Causes Delay In Conception?

Hi, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year. For the first 9 months I was using strictly OPK s but we weren t having any luck so I continued those and added temping and tracking my cervical mucus for the past 3 months. I have noticed that I get my positive OPK about a week before I get any sign of fertile CM and a temperature spike and no second positive OPK. What is be going on?

I really appreciate your concern, if the pregnancy is the concern so let me tell you that it may not need any specific treatment but of course need presence of ovum and sperm at the time of coitus and of course some compatible factors too hope this information helps.
