What Causes Delay In Menses Flow?

Hi, i'm 25 years and i was taking trigestrel to regular my period ' by the time i had my period regularly. then i finished my pills and i stopped taking pills and since i stopped i'm missing my period for a month now what could it be doc? Please help me thanks !!!
