General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Wait for period to come.
New pack should be started form the first day of the cycle/menstrual period.
Pregnancy should be rule out by urine pregnancy test once your period will delay by more than 7 days from your expected period date.
Meanwhile avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
