What Causes Delay In Menstruation After Having Siphene 50mg?

I took 3 tablets a day 100mg each siphene .. from 3rd to 7th day and took 1 evatone and no duphaston and have a missed period . due date was 30 Apr. I am trying to get pregnant. Am I? or are my periods delayed due to siphene..am damn confused and worried coz we have been trying to conceive since 6months :(

hi.

A delay in your periods is quite likely due to the siphene and so I would recommend a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample at least 2 weeks since you last had sexual intercourse. If you find even a faint positive line, then please report to your doctor at the earliest.
