What Causes Delay In Menstruation And Blood Discharge During Urination?
15 days late . I was suppose to start my period on April 18 but on the 28 I vomited twice because of a headache & the next morning woke up to go pee & tissue/blood came out thought I started my period, wore a pad but I didn t because three hours later I woke up again to go pee & i started to realize I d only bleed when I pee & wipe myself. I ve had symptoms of pregnancy but it s nothing to me & I ve also taken home tests & they all came out negative. Is this normal?
Hello and welcome to HCM, Pregnancy is ruled out by a negative pregnancy test. You have to ensure whether the bleeding is from vagina or from urinary tract. A urine examination will be helpful to detect whether blood is present in urine or not. In addition, a clinical examination to look for status of genital tract is also required. Mild bleeding can occur during ovulation also however, if the bleeding is continuous and frequent, you need to consult a gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for further management.
