hi.

noted history of delayed menses and unprotected sex. first thing that must be ruled-out is pregnancy. confirmation thru pregnancy testing and ultrasound is recommended. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably an OB-gynecologist, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. ovarian, endometrial and cervical pathologies must also be ruled-out. diagnostics and management will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
