Hi want to know I had my tubes tied 3years ago I am 27 years old this month I had to have my period on the 3 of October but I had it on the first but I had my period spotting the first day and the second and the third day no period and I did a pregnancy tests and came negative it s normal and I been feeling tired and pain thanks

On NEGATIVE test, late period could be due to hormonal imbalance, over weight, extra mental stress or anxiety, emotional upset, eating disorder, thyroid problem, PCOD etc.

Here, I suggest you to undergo one USG lower abdomen and hormone test to rule out other underlying causative agent and confirm the diagnosis.

Kindly, consult with your local gynecologist and take advice accordingly. You may need to take hormonal pill to induce period.

You should control body wt, avoid stress, take healthy low carbohydrate diet with avoidance of fatty food and sleep properly.
