Hello,
Delay in periods commonly occurs in
pregnancy, you have not mentioned whether you are planning for a baby or not. Neither have you mentioned anything about the use of
contraception or not. However, if you are planning for a baby, you can wait for a couple of days and repeat pregnancy test. HCG shows up faster in the blood than urine.
You can also get clinically examined by a gynecologist and get clinically examined per vaginally or have USG done if required. If test is negative then the other medical conditions that may cause delay in periods are anemia,
thyroid issues,
hormonal imbalances, PCOS, PMS, stressful life,
anxiety, etc. Take food rich in iron, calcium, protein or supplements. Avoid anxiety and stress at all cost. Get hormonal tests and other tests and imaging tests done. Get treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
